Q: Is my credit card number safe?
A: Absolutely. We use the highest form of secure encryption available to protect your credit card number. Further, we do not store credit card information online so your card number can NOT be found in our online database.

Q: What is CVV2?
A: CVV2 is a number printed on your credit card to provide an additional deterrent against fraud. The user must be in possession of the credit card to get this number, it does not appear when the card is imprinted in the traditional manner. The photo below illustrates the location of the CVV2 number. We will not process online transactions without the CVV2 number.

Q: How will my purchase be shipped?
A: Your purchase will be shipped via UPS Ground. If you provided us with your email address, you will be emailed your UPS tracking number as soon as your product ships.

Q: I am not within the continental United States. Can I still make purchases from ProContractorStore.com?
A: At this time, our website does not handle orders outside of the continental US. Please call us at 1-877-882-0586 to discuss ordering and shipping options.

Q: When I click on a product, instead of the price I see "Note: This item has special shipping requirements. Please call 1-877-882-0586 to order."
A: This item does not ship through regular channels either because of its size and/or wieght. Please call us, we'll be happy to discuss shipping options.

Q: When I try to add an item to my shopping cart, I get an error and a message telling me my cart is empty. How can I add something to my cart?
A: You must be sure you browser is accepting cookies. Since there are a number of different web browsers and operating systems, please check with your browser's help menu for how to turn cookies on.

Q: How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
A: Just click the icon of the trash can next to the item as it appears in your shopping cart. The item will be removed and your cart will be updated.

Q: How do I change the quantity of a product if I wish to purchase more than one?
A: Just change the number in the "Qty" field in your shopping cart, then click on the "update" button. The new quantity and subtotal will be updated in your shopping cart.

Q: I am at the Checkout page and I would like to change my order.
A: Use your browser's "back" button to return to your cart. Then adjust the quantity of items in your cart using the "Qty" field and the "update" button (or the trash icon). Then click the "Checkout" link again.

Q: I am at the Checkout page and would like to continue shopping or browsing the site.
A: Your cart will automatically be saved for you. You can even leave the site and return at another time. The items in your cart will still be there. Anything you wish to purchase from the rest of the site will be added to your existing cart and saved until you are ready to checkout.
